Hi! I am a chef in Boston, specialized to sushi and kaiseki ryori within authentic Japanese cuisine category. After experiencing all position in restaurants, I have decided to step back from the front line and disseminate Japanese food and beverage in the history, for the next generation to explore Neuvelle Washoku cuisine in the US.
