It has been long overdue for me to write about sake beverages. I have served my sake menu at a couple of restaurants and also Kamakura where I introduced many aspects of the beverage. However, I would like to speak about it here more personal than professional. So, hope it can be much accessible for many of you, and you can get some idea to enjoy sake.
