For years, I have served various style of Japanese cuisine such as sushi寿司, sashimi刺身, tofu豆腐, tsukemono漬物, otsumamiおつまみ, robata炉端焼き, ramenラーメン, cha-kaiseki茶懐石 and kaiseki会席, washoku和食, yoshoku洋食, as authentic as possible in our modern day in the US. I finally decided to own that role and be intentional about it. I started writing about the root of my passions, my thoughts, and curious wonderings about Washoku和食 world. I founded Washoku Renaissance with a mission to give others a taste of what goes on in my mind, and I have been at it ever since in 2018.
