Hi all!
There is another opportunity for pre-signup to WR Site Members! It's a Valentine's Full Tasting Dinner in Scituate, MA, where I've taken place my sushi kaiseki omakase four times last year. (Some of you were there!) This time I will bring a dream collaboration with chef Douglas Rodrigues, who worked at Clio/Uni together side by side more than a decade ago. Both of our dishes are served and we even marriage our dishes for a couple of courses. I'll take my Franco-Japonaise style to make it sense, and we will demonstrate Greek Goddess of Love, Aphrodite theme tasting course. Menu is attached below (subject to change)
