A NEW FRIDAY — AND A MORE INTIMATE SATURDAY
September marks a new rhythm at Washoku Renaissance.
We are introducing Friday as our new weekend service, while intentionally making Saturday a more personal experience.
FRIDAY 7pm· 19 COURSES · $240 (10% service fee and tax not included)
A relaxed and approachable Craft Sushi & Kaiseki, with a slightly more casual and convivial rhythm.
SATURDAY · 20 COURSES · $275 (10% service fee and tax not included)
A deeper, more intimate expression of our Signature Sushi & Kaiseki — personal, focused, and more intense.
To keep Saturday intimate, we have closed the public reservation ticket inventory. This means that Saturday may appear as “sold out” on the reservation page even when there is still availability.
Please trust the availability numbers and reach out to us directly for Saturday reservations. We welcome returning guests, pre-visits, and referrals.
If you have been looking for an opportunity to experience Washoku Renaissance on the weekend, Friday is now open to you.
