I use seafood that you will be able to source from Wulf's Fish (They give you discount for this event!), demonstrating "usuzukuri" (thinly sliced) sashimi crudo from slicing, plating, and completing with condiments, also cooking simply with sea scallops and greens in soy sauce and butter to casual "Izakaya" style.
If you have friends and family on one Zoom account screen, you only need a ticket, and share the dinner time with them!
