Kinmedai, in the bright red color, loojs fascinating, but Isaki, in blue gray color, is a great competitor. And talking about fish market in Japan, Isaki from Fukuoka, Kyushu market is treated and packed much better than Kinmedai from Toyosu, Tokyo. Kinmedai was very fresh, too. However, yield from Isaki was much better (almost 50%) than Kinmedai this time, which brings better cost performance to customer's table.
